NeedsBucket Terms of Service
Welcome to NeedsBucket. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Products & Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and other information. However, slight differences in product color or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or display settings.
2. Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, delivery address, and other necessary information when placing an order.
NeedsBucket reserves the right to contact customers for order confirmation and to cancel an order if the provided information is incomplete, incorrect, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
3. Payment
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders. Customers must pay the applicable product price and delivery charge unless the order qualifies for an approved return, replacement, or other exception under our policies.
4. Delivery
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Customers should provide accurate delivery information and remain available to receive their orders.
5. Product Inspection
Where applicable, customers may inspect eligible products, such as Steering Covers and Accessories, in the presence of the delivery person.
If an eligible product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, the customer may refuse the delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Car Perfume and other fragrance products may be inspected externally, but they must not be opened or used for fragrance testing if the customer intends to refuse the order due to a change of mind.
6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
All returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Claims regarding product defects or problems after delivery must be supported by appropriate photo or video evidence where required.
Products damaged due to misuse, cutting, tearing, breaking, modification, improper handling, or other customer-caused damage are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
7. Change of Mind
If a customer changes their mind, return eligibility and applicable delivery or return charges will be determined according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned solely because the customer does not like the fragrance.
8. Pricing & Availability
Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, or availability errors when necessary.
9. Website Use
Customers must not misuse the NeedsBucket website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
10. Policy Updates
NeedsBucket may update these Terms of Service and related store policies when necessary. The latest version published on our website will apply to future purchases and use of the website.
