NeedsBucket Shipping Policy
At NeedsBucket, we aim to deliver your order safely and within the expected delivery timeframe.
1. Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery charges are:
* Inside Dhaka: ৳60
* Outside Dhaka: ৳120
Delivery charges may be shown and added to your order during checkout.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
After an order has been confirmed, the estimated delivery timeframe is:
* Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
* Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders. Customers are requested to provide accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order to avoid unnecessary delays.
4. Order Confirmation
NeedsBucket may contact the customer by phone or other available communication methods to confirm an order before dispatch.
Orders with incomplete or incorrect contact or delivery information may be delayed until the necessary information is confirmed.
5. Product Inspection at Delivery
For eligible products, customers may inspect the product in the presence of the delivery person according to our Return & Refund Policy.
For fragrance products, the packaging may be inspected externally. However, opening or using a fragrance product for scent testing may affect its eligibility for a change-of-mind return.
6. Failed or Refused Delivery
If a customer refuses an order due to a change of mind without any fault, damage, or incorrect product from NeedsBucket, applicable delivery charges may be the customer’s responsibility in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
